It just seemed like the overall best choice for my dad. Management has met every one of our expectations and everything has gone very well. They seem very organized and professional. The food is good quality and nutritious and he has a large variety of selections he can make every day. They offer a of variety of activities. They clean his room everyday and the hallway always smells nice. Everything is clean, neat and organized. There's a big lounge where they have a happy hour for the seniors, it's very welcoming and pleasant. The healthacre staff is excellent.

I am satisfied my mom is safe there. The management is excellent, very helpful and always very friendly. The activities, care, and maintenance of the building are great.

They are very responsive and care. Ellie, the director, is a superb manager and a really good person.

Management has been very attentive and they communicate very well. The housekeeping has been great. The caregivers have been very helpful and answered our questions. They are doing their job.

Maintenance is good, they take care of things. The activities are good and there's always something going on, whether it be bingo or events or going to lunch or activities in the atrium. The managers are very helpful coordinating things.

They have fabulous activity opportunities there and there is something for everyone.. They're doing a good job with food and there is a variety offered, so the dining experience is working very well. The price is fair and thus far, our needs are always met very promptly, so I have been thrilled with management. For the kind of quality in service provided, it's probably the best place in town and even Dallas.

I think the activities are good. I know that they go on outings and I appreciate all the special events they do around holidays. I think they do a really good job with the housekeeping. I feel like they take really good care of mom, they are pleasant and on top of things.

Management is helpful. The activities all look really good according to what is posted in the elevators. He enjoys it here and likes the community becuase it is convieniently located.

Management is very responsive, any time my parents ask for anything, I feel like they are given due attention. They always have dining options and the staff is very accommodating. I'm very impressed with the variety and number of activities available. The staff that is there and that has been there for a while know what they're doing, they understand the clients and have been exceptionally kind to my parents. I appreciate their kindness and patience very much, that is something I have seen time and time again.
