I don't know how to express my gratitude for the managements assistance through this whole thing. The facility is always clean. I am sure the activities are fine. I don't think my parents have yet participated as much as I would have liked to see them paticipate but it is not the lack of the person trying. They do share a calendar. It is posted in the dining room and they gave them one at the begining of the month and they have one in their room. The maintenance staff have been helpful. They have provided some tools that were needed to make adjustments on things. The care givers are wonderful. They are friendly and attentive. They have a great attitude. I can't say anything bad about them.

I think management does a good job across the board. I think the activities available at the center and outside the center are great, I think there's a great selection and they go out of their way to make all that happen. We did make use of the van that they recently purchased and te driver was great and went out of her way to make things happen for both of my parents, I couldn't be happier with that.

The value is good and my mom's room is nice. My mom thinks the food is good and says the staff in the dining room is great. She likes the activities and the maintenance of the building is really good.

My mom is a former interior designer and she likes the layout of her apartment. Management has been great with my mom. In terms of dining, there are two or three entrees to choose from every night and the service in the dining room is fine. My mom and her friends have been singing the new cook's praises and saying how good the food is. The activities seem to be entertaining and well planned. The guy who cleans her apartment is great and the building looks great and the maintenance man was very responsive when she moved in.

There is something to do every day. I believe the coordinator goes out of her way to seek people out and get people involved. I think she helps to keep my dad young. She is great. The housekeepers are super sweet and I do think they try hard. I think the transportation service is great. I like that they are good about talking and picking them up. I think that some of the care staff are exceptional and just amazing.

Management listens to me and have helped me with a lot of things. Keeley, our Activities Director is great, there are all kinds of things going on, she bends over backwards to keep us happy. Everyone has a good time, she even works on trips and movies for us and on Fridays there's Lunch Bunch where they go out to eat. The manager of housekeeping is great and maintenance is outstanding.

The management team is good and they manage well. The food is very good. It is prepared the way I like it and is wholesome and tasty. We have various meats and chicken here and it is very good. The service in the dining room is very fine. The housekeeping is very good. They do a good job and clean the place very well. They make up the beds and do everything really well. Maintenance has taken care of any problem that I have had within a few hours of when I reported it.

If I ever have any concerns, I go to management and address it and they take care of it within a day. They're respectful and if they don’t know, they'll seek someone that does. The housekeeping is excellent and the healthcare services are good, they take care of her medication and they give it to her regularly and it seems to be on schedule. They encourage the residents to participate in things all the time, each week they have some main event and try to get the residents to participate.

I moved into this community because I thought it was the most attractive building I had seen and I knew it had a good reputation in our community. I think the price is reasonable and everything that I have asked management for I have gotten some attention about. The food is very good. We have a new chef and he is doing a very good job. The service is generally very good. Most of the time it is quick, pleasant and effective. The housekeeping is fair and the grounds are maintained well. I used the transportation one time and it was very satisfactory.

We liked the apartment size, and the ability to bring mom's dog along with her was the most important thing. We also heard good things about being in the area for 40 years. We took the tour, and Amy, the marketing person, was great, that was the deciding factor. The transition has been smooth; the move in process was excellent. Maintenance was very helpful with the move-in. Mom enjoys the activities and her room is close to most of them. She's on the floor where the beauty parlor is. She enjoys the activities and has participated in many. Mom looks at the calendar regularly to see what activities are planned. We are very pleased with mom's apartment, and the value of what we get for the price. Everything has been very good.
